Trainees will learn;
• The theory for sailing (Handouts supplied)
• How to rig a sailing dinghy
• How to tie essential knots
• How to sail with on water supervised tuition by our club’s Yachting Queensland qualified instructors using the club’s training vessels

After trainees have completed the Introduction to Sailing course, and become members, they are able to;
• Continue training at the club’s regular training days and races.
• Hire the club’s sailing dinghies (After competency test)
• Skipper their own vessel
Or be placed on the club’s crew list for the club’s skippers to contact if they require crew

The course is open to both juniors and adults.
Cost is $55.00 for adults. $30 for children & $ 100 for a family (1 adult & 2 kids)
